    Individual Therapy for Adults & Teens

    -Neurodivergence: For those who experience the world differently, social overwhelm, difficulty with executive functioning, pressure to mask

    Your relationship deserves care and attention. In our work together, I create a safe and nonjudgemental space for you and your partner to explore patterns, process pain, and strengthen emotional connection so that your relationship can thrive with greater understanding and intention.

    By utilizing Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), my approach is rooted in the belief that relationships can be a source of healing and growth. In our sessions, you and your partner can expect collaborative exploration of each partner’s past wounds, enhance communication skills, and cultivate a greater understanding of your partner’s perspective to lead to relational healing.
