Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, therefore appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of notice will be charged for the full session fee via credit card. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
What To Expect The First Session?
The first session will be the time and space for me to learn more about your story. Together we’ll explore your relationships with your family, early childhood experiences, and then work our way chronologically to who you are today. There’s no pressure or expectation to disclose anything that may be too activating in the first session. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.
Good Faith Estimate
If you’re not using insurance or are paying for therapy out of pocket, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected cost of your services before starting therapy or at any time upon request. This estimate remains valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued and includes applicable service and diagnostic codes. For more details about your rights under the Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
